The keeper Coach Jessica
She did it first
Jessica Wells was 320 pounds when her journey back to wellness began. She quietly changed her habits — because, in her words:
I was chosen to stretch my bloodline as far as possible. From a rough beginning to being adopted by a beautiful family. I knew my assignment. And the assignment became clearer when I entered motherhood.
One thought constantly came to my mind when my children would play outside on the sidewalk, next to the street where the cars would fly: what if they dart into the street—I can’t catch them. “I need to be strong enough to survive motherhood.”
I asked my spirit team how, and I had a glimpse of who I was before marriage and motherhood, and what I liked from the beginning: natural health, wellness, fitness, and of course beauty. But there was one battle I had to conquer, which was my mind. Trauma and the noise around me created blocks and barriers. With the love of psychology I mastered my mind, and from there I waited for the green light — and when it flashed, which was in 2019, I took off running, and I haven’t looked back.
And I feel it’s my duty to help other women rise into their potential with these key topics that will create a transformation you deserve.
